Swedish Knowledge Centre for Renewable
Transportation Fuels (Svenskt kunskapscentrum
för förnybara drivmedel, f3) is a nationwide
centre, which through cooperation and a systems
approach will contribute to the development of
sustainable fossil free fuels for transportation.
The centre will, through joint efforts by the centre
partners, perform syntheses of current research
about the production of renewable fuels as well
as supplementing research, such as comparative
systems analyses of fuels, processes, raw
materials and plant design. Read more
The f3 projects, initiated through project calls and strategic decisions, are carried out by scientists and experts from R&D partners in close cooperation with industry. Read more about both ongoing and finished projects here.
The f3 partners represent different types of stakeholders in the development of renewable transportation fuels, including Sweden’s most active universities and research institutes within the field and a range of industry companies.
The f3 centre synthesizes information about current and future renewable fuels, their production, and research and development (R&D) in the field. Find a collection of reports, fact sheets, and selected links to interesting external resources here.
