Optimization of biofuel supply chains based on liquefaction technologies

The ongoing RENJET project investigates future renewable jet fuel supply chains. Sweden has been selected as a case region for analysis of different supply chain configurations for the production of forest-based jet fuel, which has been performed in this f3-project as a suggested collaboration between Utrecht University and Bio4Energy (LTU).

In addition to a full f3 report and an executive summary accessible below, a scientific article has been published in April 2017 titled Cost optimization of biofuel production – The impact of scale, integration, transport and supply chain configurations.
